Fumiaki Oshiro

Mr. Oshiro has been engaged in a variety of corporate legal matters. He has particularly abundant experience in commercial transactions (including international transactions), human resources and labor, corporate dispute resolution, and providing legal advice related to new businesses.

Currently, as a new field, Mr. Oshiro is handling legal matters related to agriculture and primary industries (such as new entry into agriculture, overseas expansion projects by agricultural corporations, and entry into land-based aquaculture businesses). Also, he has received requests from many startup and venture companies, and he has a lot of experience in startup law.
