Makoto Saito

Mr. Saito’s experience as in-house counsel at foreign financial institutions has made him familiar with various financial regulations and communication with regulatory authorities. He has also gained experience in building and operating internal systems, including legal departments, and handling risks.

In addition, through First Compass, a consulting firm Mr. Saito founded, he is fulfilling a social mission to build services that are accessible to everyone by providing advice that goes beyond the traditional legal services, encompassing legal and internal control aspects of business.
